Meet Sam Citron
Executive Director, President / Treasurer of the Board of Directors
The heart of Senior Care Home Entertainment. In addition to being our founder, Sam plays many roles – he’s our President, Treasurer, and Executive Director. Prior to starting this venture, Sam sharpened his skills in the entertainment industry. He spent nearly forty years creating award-winning films and TV. Notably, he received Emmy and ACE Eddie nominations. He also had a role at the for-profit company, Entertaining Older Folks. In essence, Sam’s rich experience makes him a dynamic leader who is deeply dedicated to enhancing the lives of seniors through entertainment.

Carol Dingman
Vice President & Secretary
An academic at heart, Carol acquired her Ph.D. in Political Science and a Master’s degree in Philosophy from UCLA. Then, she enriched lives as a Peace Corps volunteer in Central Asia’s Kyrgyzstan. Post-service, she taught philosophy, ethics, logic, and critical thinking at Santa Monica College, Mount St. Mary’s College, Cypress College, and Allan Hancock College. As Bunny in ‘Bunny & Blair’s Body-Mind Boutique’, Carol offers light workout sessions and contributes to ‘Poetry Toss!’ on Entertaining Older Folks. Concurrently, she serves as the Senior VP and Director of Volunteer Telephone Outreach, doubling as its Coordinator.
Carrie Barton
Director
Carrie’s career began in childhood, with numerous appearances in commercials, TV shows, short films, and stage productions. As an entrepreneur, she founded Oakley Entertainment, producing over 50 TV and radio commercials. Moreover, she guides 25 aspiring actors, helping them to find opportunities in TV, film, stage, and commercials. She also lends her voice to audio books for Audible. Carrie’s varied roles demonstrate her dedication to the entertainment industry. Additionally, she oversees the talent rosters as Vice President.
Martha Edwards
Director
Martha Edwards, our latest addition to the Senior Care Home Entertainment board, is nationally certified as an American Sign Language Interpreter. She applies her expertise across various platforms, such as video relay services and freelance community environments. As Blair in ‘Bunny & Blair’s Body-Mind Boutique’, she creates engaging light workout segments for our show, Entertaining Older Folks. In addition, she adds depth to our episodes through her consistent contribution to ‘Poetry Toss! A Game For Everyone’.
